I am just looking for like-minded others in Denver – but I don’t have money – so I am going to have to teach myself all about herbs, using only what I can buy with food stamps. That’s the plan – I know a bit because I used to live in a place where herbs abounded, but now here in Denver I feel the lack – but as a person living on the fringe, I am going to learn this stuff, for myself and for my friends who are all growing old without health care.

That is great! The more I learn about wild crafting the more I realize that by being out in open spaces I can greatly supplement my meals with wild crafted plants. Recently we harvested some burdock (which is everywhere), purslane, and red and white clover. Feel free to check out my apartment homesteading series for some good tips on how to live in a small space on a budget. The farmers markets are a great place to get produce right now. You can get a good amount of vegetables for $10 at the Miller Farm farm stands. They are at most farmers markets.

Keep an eye out for my herbal posts and let me know if you are looking for any local resources. 🙂

i attempted to place an order on your website and had difficulties.

i live in toronto, do you not deliver to canada?

    thanks very much,

      Eric,

The brushes I have listed on the Dry Skin Brushing post are from Amazon. You can order directly from them. Enjoy!
