  18. I learned that drinking kombucha can increase your energy. You can save money by making it at home (which is why I would love love love it). I usually buy Grape Chia Kombucha at Whole Foods and would love to make something like it at home.

    have only been hearing about kombucha lately thanks to who i started following on fb…learned that it supports a healthy immune system. supports liver health and natural detoxification. may help with chronic skin issues like chronic acne and eczema Kombucha supports a healthy immune system, liver health and natural detoxification. it really does scare me that if not done right, i fear one might get really sick, just my fear……..the scooby looks, weird? will have to learn more and do the free classes! thanks

    After reading “Kombucha 101 – What Can Your Scoby Do?” I am anxious to try it because I have a very compromised immune system, and that page says that Kombucha supports a healthy immune system by supporting gut health and adding good microflora to one’s gut. Sounds good to me.

    I love kombucha! But I’m living somewhere I can’t buy it commercially, so I could really use my own home brew system so I can continue to drink it and benefit from it. I have Crohn’s and adrenal fatigue and kombucha is great for my healing!

    I don”t know of anyone that drinks kombucha so I can’t comment as to seeing it’s health benefits. I’m most excited about drinking it and weaning off my bad addiction to energy drinks, and also in aiding with my husband’s problematic eczema.

    My favorite thing so far about Kombucha? I just recently figured out that if I run out and do not have any for a few days my knee pains return. Don’t know how it does that but glad that it does.
