Hi Amanda! Thanks so much for hosting!

I shared Lemon Pound Cake Pudding. It helps control appetite and stimulate weight loss as well as reduce the craving for chips, fries, and other greasy foods (which I’m a sucker for!). It’s a cool and slimming snack on a hot summer day. Have a fabulous week 🙂

  20. Nobody really likes to talk about money, because it’s a fairly stressful subject. But — if we want to live the life we dream of, whether it’s on the farm or in the penthouse — we have to think about money. And since most of us aren’t worrying about penthouse living, we need to know how to manage money — a limited resource for all of us — well. And this we can do. My article this week is “We Can’t Live on What We’ve Got,” something even the most Pollyanna of us all have muttered under our breaths. Be encouraged — you probably can, and not just that, you can probably live on a lot less than you imagined, and still be happy.
