From this week forward the list is in random order!
Here are the rules: Your blog article must fit these categories: sustainable living, homesteading, DIY, herbs, home-made body and skin care, real food (no processed ingredients, Weston A. Price Foundation guidelines are a good place to start to define “real food”), and all things “natural“.
Link back to this week’s blog hop post so that everyone can see the other amazing posts. It is just basic common courtesy.
Show some love! Go check out and see what others have posted. Share the hop and the posts you love!
Not required but I would love it if you would grab the button and share share share!

Thanks so much to everyone for stopping by to check out my Asian soup from last week, and thank you Amanda for featuring it and hosting! This week I’ve shared a recipe for a salad dressing made from beet and pear purees, a perfect way to use up some of the few bits of veggies at the farmers market right now

I shared Day 19 of a “22 Days to a Fresh Start” series to help beginners (and the oldies) get our kitchens and grocery budgets in check for a true nourishing food journey. Day 19 is <a href="http://dontwastethecrumbs.com/2013/01/fresh-start-day-19-make-yogurt-and-arm-your-gut/" making yogurt, as probiotics are key to preventing illness and maintaining good health!
Thanks for hosting. I always learn so much!
